Kapil Kumar Jain, a commerce graduate from Bangalore University, founded our company with a clear vision: to redefine pharmaceutical excellence in India’s critical care segment. He identified a pressing gap in the market—where hospital procurement decisions were often driven by profit margins rather than product quality or patient safety—and

set out to change that.

With over two decades of experience in domestic marketing, Mr. Jain has been instrumental in setting high standards across the pharmaceutical industry since 2003. Guided by his personal motto, "Nothing is impossible," he is a firm believer in taking initiative and driving results through proactive leadership.

As the Managing Director, he has led the organization to achieve outstanding sales milestones while upholding world-class quality standards to meet both domestic and international demands.

Beyond his role in India, Mr. Jain also leads our international operations, focusing on strategic product alliances and global partnerships with manufacturers. A key promoter and visionary, he continues to push boundaries, driving innovation and setting new benchmarks for excellence and ethical growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
